We have an opportunity available for a driven individual to join a well-established manufacturer as the key link between loyal customers and the business—offering technical product support, managing enquiries, and driving sales growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Customer Support

  • Handle incoming calls/emails from trade customers
  • Provide expert advice on product options and applications
  • Manage orders, invoices, and payments
  • Identify upselling opportunities and nurture customer relationships
  • Call previous customers and maintain relationships

Office & Admin Duties

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and correspondence

Product & Technical Knowledge

  • Learn the company’s product range and manufacturing process
  • Use this knowledge to provide confident, informed support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in both customer service and sales, ideally in a manufacturing, trade or construction environment (i.e. Contractors, Wholesalers, Builders, Installers, Distributors or Merchants
  • Strong communicator - professional, helpful, and clear
  • Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Approachable, reliable, and driven to provide top-level support
  • Able to commute daily to Harlow

Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 8:00-4.30pm
  • Annual leave: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Location: Office-based with parking on site
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience, pitched between 30-35k but flexible
