They are looking for a CNC Turner & Millers to join the team in Harlow, Essex on a full-time permanent basis. Immediate start date available! This position offers both day and night shifts.

About the role:

As a CNC Turner or Miller, you will support the operations, CNC turning and milling to help create world-class components for the aerospace sector. This position offers both day and night shifts. You will work 39 hours a week. Days shifts is Monday to Thursday 07:00 – 16:00, Friday 07:00 – 12:00. Night shifts is Monday to Thursday 16.00 – 02.15.

Other duties will include:

  • Programming, Setting, and Operating CNC Machines: Utilise Mazatrol Control systems to achieve precise machining of components.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow engineers, machinists, and quality assurance teams to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and tests to maintain and improve quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly maintain machines and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Documentation: Accurately record all machining processes and outcomes for traceability and compliance purposes.

About you:

You will need previous experience in CNC Turning or 4 & 5 Axis Milling. You will need previous experience using Mazatrol systems, this is essentialYou will be a team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for precision engineering. With experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines, you will possess the technical know-how to tackle complex engineering challenges.
