Customer Service Executive - About our client:

A leading technology manufacturer, supplying premium products to a global customer base including construction and automotive industries. Working as part of a busy Customer Service & Sales team, you will be hands-on in supporting customers with queries, orders and warranties. An integral role within the business, working closely across all departments and providing outstanding levels of service.

Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with orders received by phone, email or social media
  • Proactively handling and resolving customer queries & challenges
  • Ownership of warranty claims and issues
  • Being the key point of contact between the Engineering department and customers
  • Uploading orders onto the database, printing shipping labels
  • Proactively updating customers
  • Compiling reports to support the Sales & Marketing functions

Customer Service Executive - What We’re Looking For:

  • High levels of Customer Service skills
  • Office based experience, ideally within B2B Customer Service or Sales
  • Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn and retain technical knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
