Key Responsibilities:

  • Access and manage customer portals (credentials provided).
  • Input new product listings and promotional information.
  • Resolve supplier queries.
  • Update pricing schemes.
  • Book deliveries and depot slots.
  • Process orders and invoices via email, customer portal.
  • Print purchase orders daily.
  • Handle credit notes and invoice queries.
  • Prepare for customer visits.
  • Organise team meetings with customers and sales teams.
  • Update customer contact lists and portal details monthly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a flexible and friendly approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a knack for multi-tasking.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and willingness to cover for team members when needed.
  • SAP experience is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided!
