Company Overview For over two decades, our client has been a leading expert in sustainable food packaging, providing an extensive range of high-quality and innovative food, coffee, vending and water packaging solutions.  Our commitment to excellence extends beyond delivering exceptional products, it encompasses a supply chain built on quality, outstanding customer service, value and sustainability to our customers.Job OverviewA key part of customer service is improving relationships we have with existing  customers, and effectively managing the journey for newly onboarded customers.  Cultivating those relationships will allow us to maximise the potential of these accounts, as well as improving our brand awareness and customer retention.  Included within this is the quick and efficient turnaround of sales administration which is a key factor in enabling the external sales team to concentrate on finding new business opportunities which is essential for the growth of the company.Training will be provided to aid and support the duties and responsibilities outlined below.Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Sales Desk with processing orders, telephone enquiries and new account applications
  • To cover Sales Desk Team whilst on annual leave
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Build relationships with customers and identify new opportunities with existing customers
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers
  • Customer visits with the External Sales Team may be required to help strengthen the customer service relationship
  • To manage own portfolio of smaller customer accounts with a view to developing and establishing new business opportunities within these
  • To attend and support the External Sales Team at exhibitions.
