About you
You’re an experienced print finisher who knows your way around the traditional, hands-on side of large format production. You’ve got a steady hand, an eye for detail and the practical skills that come from time spent on the finishing floor. You’re comfortable with the classic techniques such as mounting, laminating, trimming and applying graphics, and you take pride in producing work that’s neat, accurate and built to last.
You understand that finishing is the last stage before delivery, so quality and consistency are everything. You’re someone who works well under pressure, keeps a tidy workspace and takes responsibility for seeing jobs through properly.
Your experience
You’ve worked in large format print finishing and know the tools of the trade including laminators, mounting tables, trimmers and applicators. You’re used to working with vinyl, board, posters and graphics of all shapes and sizes.
You’ll stand out if you’ve also got experience with installation, cutting or fitting, but what matters most is your finishing craft and your reliability on the production floor.
What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role
This role is about getting hands-on with a variety of large format print projects. You will be responsible for mounting, laminating and trimming to exact standards. You will be working with different materials and substrates. You will be preparing graphics for delivery or installation. You will be supporting the wider production team to meet deadlines. You will be taking care of the finishing equipment and keeping everything running smoothly.
