My client is a property developer - they are growing, and we’re on the lookout for an Electrician to join the team. If you're a qualified electrician with a passion for quality, and a drive to get things done right, we want to hear from you!

You will be working on property refurbishments and repairs/remedial work in rented accomodation.

The Role:As an Electrician, you'll be taking charge of the electrical work across multiple sites, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You'll be working closely with site managers and project teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations and maintenance. It’s a key role where you’ll really make an impact!

What You'll Do:

  • Electrical Installations: Perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and wiring - from start to finish.
  • Work with the Project Team: Liaise with site managers and project managers to make sure everything’s in line with the project plan and running on schedule.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all electrical work meets the necessary standards and regulations.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle any electrical issues that arise and find quick, effective solutions.
  • Health and Safety: Make sure everyone on site follows health and safety guidelines - safety is always a top priority!
  • Keep Things on Track: Help coordinate work schedules and make sure tasks are completed on time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Qualifications:
    • NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services (or similar).
    • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certificate (BS 7671).
    • 2391 Testing and Inspection certificate (ideal but not essential).
  • Industry Experience: A solid background in electrical work, particularly in the construction or property development sector.
  • A Full UK Driving License to get you between our sites.
  • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to complete one).

Nice to Have:

  • Part P Domestic Installer Certification (if you’ve got this, even better!).
  • First Aid Cert - always useful on-site!
