We have partnered with a highly successful, international business based on the Essex/Herts border who are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager on a full time, permanent basis to head up one of their accounting entities. You will be reporting into the Group Head of Finance, carrying out a wide range of responsibilities whilst managing a small team (part qualified/studiers).

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

Inspire and lead the team to deliver high performance, while fostering employee engagement, development, and succession planning
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive the identification and implementation of process improvements
Direct the preparation and submission of the annual balance sheet budget, while contributing to the profit and loss budgeting process
Lead the team to ensure timely completion of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and related deliverables
Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements
Ensure full compliance with all tax obligations
Manage the review and prompt submission of the weekly cash flow forecast
Support external auditors during both interim and year-end audit processes
Hold overall accountability for assets under construction

Requirements:

As a Finance Manager you will need:

ACCA, CIMA OR ACA Qualified
5+ years finance experience
Prior experience of working in a large company
ERP system experience
