You are confident using tools like scalpels, rulers, tapes and squeegees, and you are comfortable applying vinyl, mounting graphics and assembling display pieces.
You enjoy working in a tidy and organised space, you stay focused under pressure, and you care about getting the job done right. Whether you are working on one-off projects or batch runs, you bring care and consistency to every job.
Your experience
You will need at least three years of hands-on experience in a print or signage finishing environment. You should be confident working with materials like vinyl, foam board, acrylic, and Dibond. Experience applying vinyl to panels or boards by hand, trimming with accuracy, and assembling finished products is essential.
Some experience using equipment like laminators, Zünd or Kongsberg tables, and guillotines is helpful, but it is your hand finishing skills that will make you stand out.
What you will be doing with your experience
You will be responsible for delivering top quality hand-finished work across a variety of signage and graphics projects. Your day-to-day will include:
- Trimming vinyl and prints with precision
- Mounting graphics onto a range of substrates
- Applying vinyl by hand to panels and boards
- Assembling and preparing items for dispatch
- Keeping your workstation clean and materials well managed
