Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineers – North West M25 Area
About the Role
We are currently seeking Multi-Trade Engineers to join our growing team, working across the North West side of the M25. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a company van, fuel card, uniform, and PPE.
You’ll be working primarily in light commercial environments, delivering high-quality maintenance services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, and you’ll be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively with our existing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of trade tasks including:
- Carpentry
- Basic roofing
- Fencing
- Brickwork
- Patch plastering
- Tiling
- Painting
- Conduct site surveys and liaise with office-based surveyors to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards on-site.
- Work independently using your own initiative and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-trade reactive maintenance (preferred).
- Ability to work to a high standard across multiple trades.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to work 45 hours per week (Monday–Friday), with overtime opportunities available.
