I have an amazing opportunity to work for a great client of ours based in Harlow who are looking for a Payroll & Company Secretary. If you have CIS experience that is also a HUGE bonus (but not essential)
The role will be broken down between two main elements-
Payroll (2-3days a week)
- Weekly & Monthly payrolls – full processing, checking tax codes
- Auto Enrolment Duties
- CIS Monthly Contractors Submissions
- P11d
- End of Year CIS Reclaims for Ltd Co
- Communications with HMRC
Company Secretarial (2-3days a week)
- Producing confirmation Statements
- Client On boarding / Engagement Processes
- AML Duties – Risk Assessments
- Answering incoming calls
- Credit Control, raising invoices, chasing for payments
- Daily Post – Scanning and Forwarding
- Booking in of jobs, work trackers, returning records
