Do you have previous experience within the engineering sector or working within scheduling.

Attega Group 
is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Service Coordinator to join the team.

The service coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of facilities and equipment.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £26780 P/A, depending on experience, plus, annual bonus, hybrid working after probation period, 23 days holiday, and more.  

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08.30 am to 17.00 pm. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule and coordinate PPM activities to minimise disruption to operations.
  • Organise and collate Job Packs for engineering.
  • Arrange appointments with Client’s residents, verbally and written.
  • Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment status

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous Customer Service or Operations Administration experience is preferred.
  • Similar industry experience with engineer call scheduling is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • IT experience covering Outlook & Word is essential and knowledge of Excel is desirable.
