  • Ability to understand and gain requirements from internal clients (management & staff) to ensure clear communication of IT needs.

  • Ability to triage & prioritise: For example, understanding the urgency of a situation, such as a staff member being unable to log onto the system vs. a major issue like a system being down for hours that needs immediate escalation.

About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Provide first-line IT support and resolve IT issues for staff and clients.
  • Gain hands-on experience with system configuration and development using tools like Tesseract.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and streamline IT processes.
  • Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials for internal systems.
Additional Details:
  • Salary Range: £30,000 - £33,000, with the potential for growth as you develop your skills.
  • Office-Based Role: You’ll be based in the office for the first 6 months during the probationary period. After this, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, depending on business needs.
  • No need to be an expert: The ideal candidate doesn’t need to have experience with all the technical systems listed (such as SQL, Tesseract, or SAP Crystal Reports). What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role.
