- Ability to triage & prioritise: For example, understanding the urgency of a situation, such as a staff member being unable to log onto the system vs. a major issue like a system being down for hours that needs immediate escalation.

- Provide first-line IT support and resolve IT issues for staff and clients.

- Salary Range: £30,000 - £33,000, with the potential for growth as you develop your skills.
- Office-Based Role: You’ll be based in the office for the first 6 months during the probationary period. After this, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, depending on business needs.
- No need to be an expert: The ideal candidate doesn’t need to have experience with all the technical systems listed (such as SQL, Tesseract, or SAP Crystal Reports). What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role.
