Senior IT Support Engineer
As a Senior IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.
You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

You will have:
- Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an Education / School environment (Ideally)
- Experience in working to SLA’s .
- Experience of supporting across multi-site.
- 1st, 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
- Experience in supporting key stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting
- Team leadership experience (ideally)
- A valid UK Driving License.
