Senior IT Support Engineer

As a Senior IT Support Engineer will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.

You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the business, and have a passion for solving problems.

Our IT Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.

You will have:

  • Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer within an Education / School environment (Ideally)
  • Experience in working to SLA’s .
  • Experience of supporting across multi-site.
  • 1st, 2nd - 3rd Line Support is essential.
  • Experience in supporting key stakeholders
  • Experience in budgeting
  • Team leadership experience (ideally)
  • A valid UK Driving License.
