We are a global FMCG business driven by a passion for quality, sustainability, and innovation. We’re looking for an Engineering Team Leader to join our team, someone who can take ownership of site-wide asset care and engineering coordination. This pivotal role bridges the gap between maintenance, production, and external partners, ensuring all assets, utilities, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the site Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
  • Develop and implement action plans to prioritise engineering tasks.
  • Support the delivery of the Engineering Strategy for Asset Care.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during fault-finding and root cause analysis.
  • Deputise for the Head of Engineering and provide ASH cover when required.
  • Develop KPIs and progress reporting for engineering performance.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge transfer across the engineering team.
  • Assist in managing the engineering R&R budget and site stores.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant performance and reliability.
  • Lead and support project delivery across the full lifecycle

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship (Multi-skilled) preferred
  • Strong multi-skill set
