We are a global FMCG business driven by a passion for quality, sustainability, and innovation. We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This hands-on role is vital in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment and site utilities within our fast-paced FMCG environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure production continuity.
  • Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs on plant and service equipment using problem-solving techniques to ensure long-term solutions.
  • Develop and deliver planned maintenance and maintenance requests.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory checks and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Carry out risk assessments for non-routine tasks and operate under permit-to-work systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and capital projects.
  • Participate in production cell reviews, engineering meetings, and shift handovers.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled).
  • Strong knowledge/experience of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
