Operations Supervisor - Harlow Site
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Harlow site. This is a hands-on role, responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Working Hours and Pay:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Hourly rate: 14.08
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the operational team to meet daily targets and deadlines
Monitor workflows to maximise efficiency and output quality
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Manage resource allocation and equipment usage effectively
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
Handle operational issues promptly to minimise disruption
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or a related industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
Good organisational and communication skills
