Senior Site Manager(No.1)
Senior Site Manager opportunity on a multi residential development in Harlow, Essex.
This project will need someone from start to finish to lead the full build of 43 rc framed apartments. The project worth is 18 million circa.
This contractor pride themselves on attention to detail and providing excellent service to their clients with whom they have worked with for several years. Hence the need for a fully-fledged Senior Site Manager to take hold of the project from start to finish.
As the Senior Site Manager, you will be manging the full cycle including internal and external packages from groundworks stage through to the finishes, including external packages as well as internal packages.
Previous experience of leading similar value residential projects as a NO.1 is CRUCIAL
The ideal Senior Site Manager must have:
- Experience running a project from start to finish as the number 1 Site Manager
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Understanding of programmes and the ability to write short term look aheads
- Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage the sub-contractors effectively
We are paying between 340-370cis per day for the right candidate.
