Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule daily deliveries (100-130 loads) from two key distribution sites .
- Coordinate with Sales Administrators to align vehicle availability with delivery needs .
- Use a bespoke Transport Management System (training provided) .
- Support the Head of Haulage with fleet administration (service schedules, certifications, fuel usage)
- Act as the main point of contact between drivers, operations, and customers to ensure excellent service
