Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Quantity Surveyor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Quantity Surveyor, will be responsible for:
- Lead financial forecasting, valuations, and contract administration.
- Manage contract performance, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Oversee supply chain and subcontractor engagement from enquiry to completion.
- Support estimating and tendering processes with robust cost analysis.
- Ensure accurate reporting and financial close-out of additional works.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to contract retention.
To be successful for this Quantity Surveyor role you must have:
- HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
- MRICS accreditation and relevant CSCS card.
- Proficiency in tools like SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Asta Powerproject.
- Experience in SME environments and broad business understanding.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements and methods within the construction and engineering industry.
- Valid UK driving licence.
