?? Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and listings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process
Manage your own diary and pipeline
Promote your services across your territory
Drive business growth through networking and referrals
Liaise with internal support teams and third-party providers

?? Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as an Estate Agent, Valuer, or Lister
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident, professional, and customer-focused
Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow a business
Good local knowledge of Harlow or the surrounding area
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms
