Are you a people-focused, results-driven leader with a passion for recruitment and workforce management? We are looking for an Account Manager to take charge of our Poundland site, overseeing the daily supply and performance of around 80 temporary workers.
What Youll Do:? Manage the full temporary staffing process, ensuring the right people are in place daily.
? Build strong relationships with both our client and temporary workforce.
? Oversee performance, attendance, and compliance of workers.
? Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure a steady pipeline of workers.
? Handle any issues swiftly to maintain smooth operations.
?? Experience in temp recruitment, account management, or workforce planning.
?? Strong communication and leadership skills.
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
?? Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or retail staffing (preferred but not essential).
?? Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
