Our client, a respected contractor in the water sector, is currently seeking 2-3 Service Teams for an ongoing metering contract within the Affinity Water region (Luton area). This is a great opportunity to work on essential infrastructure projects focused on clean water delivery and metering upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and replacing water meters
- Changing link boxes and associated components
- Ensuring all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborating with site teams to meet project deadlines
- Using tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
- Communicating regularly with supervisors and project managers
Job Requirements:
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Valid EUSR Number
- National Water Hygiene (EUSR)
- Water Quality
- EUSR - Manual Handling
- Emergency First Aid
- SHEA Water
- EUSR - Abrasive Wheels
- CAT 1 & CAT 2
- NRSWA (Streetworks)
Ideal Teams Will:
- Have previous experience with water metering and link box replacements
- Be reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Be available for immediate or short-notice starts
