Are you an experienced and passionate Maths Teacher ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a fantastic secondary school in Harlow who are looking to appoint a Key Stage Coordinator for Maths to join their team on a permanent basis starting September 2025.

About the Role:

As Key Stage Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead the delivery and development of the Maths curriculum across the relevant key stage.

  • Support and mentor a team of Maths teachers to raise attainment and improve teaching outcomes.

  • Take a strategic role in curriculum planning, assessment, and intervention strategies.

  • Teach engaging Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (potential for KS5).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Maths degree.

  • A minimum of 3 years' teaching experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Previous experience in a leadership or coordinator role is highly desirable.

  • Excellent subject knowledge and a strong understanding of current curriculum developments.
