Our Machine shop carries out Repairs to Housings, Motors, Shafts, Seal Seats etc and Manufacture Flanges, Washers, Shafts, Rollers, Housings, Bolts all from various materials as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Bronze, Brass, Nylon, Plastic and Ally from drawings or from a sample.

Requirements of Candidate

Able to work under own initiative to manufacture components from drawings/sketches or samples.

Experienced in manual turning and milling of cast, mild and stainless steel, bronze, brass and plastic materials

Responsibilities of Manual Machinist

To manufacture or repair components as required by customer, repairs department or site services.

To prioritise workload according to needs of the end user

Provide support to other departments of the company when required
