With their recent move from an office style location to a High Street Retail shop, they are now looking for an exceptional individual to drive its sales performance and motivate their experienced collaborative team.
About the Travel Sales Manager role:
We are open to receiving applications from Sales Managers from any industry, who can evidence experience in leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
We are also open to receiving applications from experienced retail Travel Consultants looking for career growth, able to evidence experience in proactively identifying new business opportunities, whilst building and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Full-time to include Saturdays on a shift rota basis

Responsibilities:
- You lead from the front and by example. You have great leadership skills and experience of working in a team, leading and coaching your colleagues.
