Retail Travel Sales Manager

With their recent move from an office style location to a High Street Retail shop, they are now looking for an exceptional individual to drive its sales performance and motivate their experienced collaborative team.

About the Travel Sales Manager role:

We are open to receiving applications from Sales Managers from any industry, who can evidence experience in leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met.

We are also open to receiving applications from experienced retail Travel Consultants looking for career growth, able to evidence experience in proactively identifying new business opportunities, whilst building and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Full-time to include Saturdays on a shift rota basis

Responsibilities:

  • You lead from the front and by example. You have great leadership skills and experience of working in a team, leading and coaching your colleagues.
  • You achieve your own sales targets and drive your team to achieve their individual targets.
  • Your exceptional communication and customer service skills are at the forefront of your day-to-day.
  • You love numbers and are able to stay on top of the branch’s sales and targets.
  • You are enthusiastic, optimistic and committed to contribute to the growth of the business
  • You take a keen interest in the development of colleagues to maximise job satisfaction, performance, and talent succession
