Are you an experienced Dayforce implementation specialist looking for flexibility and exciting projects? Our client is expanding their team with a Dayforce expert who can drive Australian implementations remotely from Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Transform client processes through expert Dayforce configuration and implementation.
- Shape business solutions by translating client needs into technical requirements.
- Take ownership of system configurations and integrations across the platform.
- Coach clients to maximise their Dayforce investment through knowledge transfer.
- Orchestrate testing phases to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Deliver engaging training sessions that empower client teams.
- Troubleshoot configuration challenges with creative solutions.
- Juggle multiple implementation projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Share your expertise with our internal team to elevate collective knowledge.
- Pioneer innovative approaches as Dayforce releases new features and capabilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Brings hands-on experience implementing Dayforce Payroll or Workforce Management specifically for Australian businesses.
- Has navigated the complexities of Australian payroll regulations and requirements.
- Possesses Salesforce knowledge or certification (major advantage).
- Thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excels at prioritising competing demands in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Communicates complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
