Architectural Technologist

We are currently representing a talented Architectural practice based around Harpenden, Hertfordshire that are actively looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to build and develop their career within an ambitious team.

This practice has some exciting projects within the Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure sectors coming up valuing up to around 2 million. Our client is ideally looking for an Architectural Technologist that is confident working within RIBA Stages 4 - 6, has the ability to produce technical details, plans and specifications, work closely with clients, contractors and the design team as well as have confidence with managing and coordinating projects when required.

This practice uses AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis so proficiency with these software's is essential.

• Work within RIBA Stages 4 - 6
• Work closely with clients, contractors, the design team and other external teams
• Manage and coordinate projects
• Technical Design, focusing on detailed plans and specifications
• Work on a range of Residential, Commercia, Education and Leisure developments
• Use Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis

• Living in or around the Harpenden, Hertfordshire
• Relevant Degree Qualified
• Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Professional experience in RIBA Stages 4 - 6
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Professional experience working in the Commercial and Residential sectors; essential
• Professional experience working in the Leisure and Education sectors; highly advantageous

• Salary: Up to 42,000 (Dependant on Experience)
