Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor – Harpenden

Our client, a well-established law firm in Hertfordshire is looking to strategically grow its residential property team with the hire of an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasehold & freehold: handle a mix of residential properties
  • Sales & purchases: manage all aspects of transactions from inception through to post completion
  • Shared ownership and transfer of equity
  • Actively engage in business development and marketing strategies at the firm

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months' fee-earning experience
  • Experience of new build work would be advantageous 
  • The ability to work autonomously while supporting team growth
