A leading regional contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the regional contractors with numerous years experience as one of the paramount reputable contractors.
About the role of Administrator
This regional contractor traditionally specialises in ground works for Tier 1 Clients. Traditionally valuing up to 5M across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey for private and public framework clients. The role of Administrator will be based in their office in Southampton.
Responsibilities for Administrator
- Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
- Assisting with time sheets
- General ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements for Administrator
- Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
- Well versed with IT programmes including Microsoft pakcages
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
