The successful accountant will have qualified within a public practice environment working with a varied portfolio of SMEs and High Net Worth Individuals. You will be capable of training and motivating staff to exceed client service expectations, as well as ensuring the profitability of the firm.
The main responsibilities for this Equity Partner role includes:
- Reviewing work in progress, monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Providing accountancy and taxadvice to a range of clients.
- Undertaking special advisory projects.
