This isn't a role where you'll be buried in spreadsheets and forgotten about. You'll lead a talented finance team covering financial accounting, management accounting, purchase ledger and cash collection. You'll be the one closing the month end, driving improvements, and making sure the P&L, balance sheet and cashflow are bulletproof.You'll be hands-on with everything from statutory audit and tax compliance to banking relationships and cash forecasting. You'll build robust rules around credit control, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and keep the business on the right side of every covenant. And when the CFO needs someone to support on corporate finance projects, you'll be first in line.To thrive here, you'll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with solid experience as a Group Financial Controller or similar in a commercial setting. You'll need to balance sharp analytical skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
