Membership Growth Executive (Part-Time)

Based in Harrogate, part-time 25–30 per week, salary £27,000 – £28,000 (pro rata)
 

We’re looking for a Membership Growth Executive to join our clients welcoming team based in Harrogate. This position focuses on attracting new members, improving retention, and enhancing the value proposition of membership. You will work collaboratively across teams to develop campaigns, analyse data, and build relationships that support growth. This is a varied role that combines administration, account management, and customer engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Manage membership enquiries, renewals, and applications with accuracy and professionalism
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing members, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage
  • Convert membership enquiries into new sign-ups through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Identify and re-engage members who may be at risk of leaving
  • Maintain accurate records and reports within our CRM system
  • Support marketing and events activities to help promote membership opportunities
  • Provide administrative and customer service support across the wider team

What we’re looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
  • A proactive, positive, and professional approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience account management, or customer service
