A forward-thinking architectural studio in Harrogate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team. This design-led practice is known for delivering imaginative yet practical solutions across a range of residential and commercial schemes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in technical delivery, working closely with architects and clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.
Key Requirements:
- Several years' UK-based practice experience
- Strong residential sector background preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- A practical, proactive approach to problem solving
- Confident communicator with team collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction
- Provide detailed technical input during design development
- Coordinate documentation and compliance with current standards
- Work across a range of residential and commercial projects
- Potential to take on site-based responsibilities and project running
