Sales Negotiator

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 + OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 4pm) with a day off in lieu

We're working with a well-established and highly regarded estate agency who are seeking a people focused and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in Harrogate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client facing role, enjoys building strong relationships and is driven to achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Register applicants and match them to suitable properties using the CRM.

  • Handle enquiries promptly via phone and email

  • Arrange and attend property viewings

  • Organise valuation appointments, ensuring diaries and documents are kept up to date.

  • Maintain regular contact with vendors, providing clear updates on property activity.

  • Negotiate offers to secure the best outcome for clients.

  • Keep marketing materials up to date, including property imagery and mailing lists.

  • Progress sales from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers, and sellers.

  • Identify business development opportunities such as referrals, premium listings and new instructions.

  • Stay informed on the local property market and competitor activity.

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within an estate agency. 

  • Sales motivated with a proactive, driven approach.

  • People-focused with excellent communication skills.

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
