This is a great role for the right Head Chef and come with a large amount of autonomy - with a remit of a local, seasonal modern offer.
Ideally your background will be Head or Sous level from a high quality fresh food environment, you will be used to working in an organised fashion and running a kitchen operation from close communication and guidance with you team to daily operational duties, such as bookwork, ordering, rotas and health and safety.
As a progressive property at times your outlet is busy so an ability to work to volume when required is important.
Strong basic salary up to 50k.
