Our clients operate this recently refurbished independent restaurant and bar in Harrogate, serving an all day fresh food led menu which includes homemade pizzas and a modern bar/restaurant style menu, where you will undoubtedly learn and progress your career with autonomy & flexibility to help develop menu's and help the business progress.
You will be currently working within a fresh food led kitchen as a Head chef, with experience in a fresh food led kitchen, the ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen and have experience overseeing the team on a daily and weekly basis.
The ideal Head chef candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working in a similar kitchen environment, be it in a restaurant, hotel or Gastro pub.
- Excellent Kitchen management understanding, from H&S to haccp, wastage control & menu planning
- Experience in successfully managing a team of roughly four experienced members & supporting business needs
- The skills, knowledge & desire to enthuse chefs to push themselves for perfection every day
