Description
The Role:
Deliver targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and aligned with brand messaging.
Support wider communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders.
Create and manage social media content calendars across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, HR and Operations, to align messaging and share company updates.
Assist in developing marketing collateral, case studies, newsletters and digital content.
Report on marketing campaign performance and suggest ideas for continuous improvement.
Profile
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a marketing executive or communications-focused role (professional services background desirable but not essential).
Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Confident using email marketing platforms, managing social media channels and CRM.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and bring ideas to the table.
Job Offer
What's on Offer:
Salary between 30,000 - 32,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid working model - typically 2 days per week in the Harrogate office.
