A 12 Month FTC role for an experienced Marketing Manager, working with a fast growing financial services organisation based in Harrogate. This will be a varied multi-channel Marketing role, reporting into an experienced Head of Marketing. This position requires applicants who could start at short notice.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC role:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet company objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Overseeing and managing social media presence.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure delivery against the agreed strategies and plans.
  • Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices.

Profile

For the Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC, applicants should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing
  • *Able to start in less than a month's notice*
  • Experience in Professional Services settings, is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with digital marketing tools including GA4 and Google Suite of Tools.
  • A background in working with Media and Press
  • Ability to work with CMS using Wordpress - or similar platform.
  • A good eye for Design, and ideally some experience with Adobe Creative programmes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for thinking creatively and innovatively.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
