- Conducting targeted B2B outbound calls to qualify leads, allowing you to build an understanding of client requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
- Produce and present accuratequotations for prospective clients.
- Scheduling qualified and high-quality appointments for Account Managers.
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly team and individual
- Accurately recording all customer information and activity on the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Building rapport with customers, with the aim of developing authentic and trusted conversations.
- Experience in a sales or telephone-based role with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to confidently utilise various IT systems (preferably Salesforce).
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to follow set processes.
- A strong team player with an ability to take ownership and demonstrate resilience in all aspects of your work.
