Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and compliance standards
What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish

Excellent client care and communication skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
