Customer Experience Executive


Location: Harrogate

Salary: £27,000 + Monthly Bonus

Hours: Full-Time, Office-Based (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)

We’re recruiting on behalf of our longstanding client in Harrogate who is looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. This fully office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly engage with your accounts (contacting every fortnight)
  • Book review meetings for the manager to attend, with scope for you to also attend and build customer relationships
  • Provide product guidance and issue resolution through a consultative approach
  • Host Teams meetings and deliver portal demonstrations
  • Keep clients updated with new and innovative products and offers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally involving regular contact with existing business accounts
  • Strong telephony skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and organised
  • A consultative and customer-focused mindset
