Maintenance Electrician - Exciting Opportunity in a Leading BusinessCompetitive salary plus benefits and on-call allowancePermanent, full-time contract: 37.5 hours per weekAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated property services team within a well-established company.The RoleWe are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to support the upkeep and functionality of various properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as an electrician in construction or building maintenance, preferably in a customer-facing environment such as retail or the food industry.
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation certification.
  • Great Knowledge of HVAC Systems, Maintenance of these systems as well as fault-finding
  • Minor plumbing knowledge, 15-20mm compression fitting, tap installations etc.
  • Ability to carry out electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, fault-finding, minor electrical installations, small plumbing work, and building safety system testing (e.g., fire alarm systems).
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Enthusiasm for a dynamic role with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently and adaptability to handle urgent matters as they arise.
  • A full driving licence is required as travel between multiple properties is an essential part of the role.
