Interim Finance Manager9 Month Fixed Term Contract£60,000 - £70,000 Immediate start requiredHybrid working available Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a key client of ours based in Harrogate, who're looking for a hands on Finance Manager to join the team on a 9 month FTC. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations across multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and execute year-end close activities, including audit support and statutory account prep.
  • Support and help drive a finance system migration, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of key activities such as journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and financial reporting in coordination with the wider finance team.
  • Oversee and implement revenue recognition policies in line with IFRS/UK GAAP standards.
  • Lead and manage billing processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies throughout.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and business units to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
  • Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience managing finance for multiple entities
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Previous involvement in finance system migrations
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
