The Role: Private Client Support

You will provide essential support to financial advisers, ensuring seamless client service while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client review packs by updating records, gathering plan information, and validating fund data.

  • Generate reports, research summaries, and investment comparisons.

  • Handle client and provider queries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service quality.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in adviser support or financial services (FCA knowledge is a plus).

  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service.
