Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Financial Planning Administrator, you will support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering outstanding client service. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing and monitoring new business applications

  • Maintaining accurate client records and liaising with product providers

  • Supporting client review processes and preparing meeting documentation

  • Frequent communication with clients via phone and email

  • Managing financial admin tasks, including quote requests and documentation follow-ups

  • Using Xplan or similar financial planning systems to support day-to-day operations

This is an ideal role for someone currently in a Wealth Management Administrator or Financial Services Administrator position, looking for a fresh challenge in a well-respected IFA environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial admin role within an IFA or Financial Planning firm

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Experience with Xplan or other financial CRM systems is advantageous

  • A collaborative, proactive approach to your work
