Role and Responsibilities: As a 5 Years+ PQE Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:

  • Advise and Represent: Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients involved in contentious probate and trust disputes.
  • Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of complex probate disputes from inception through to resolution.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering compassionate and clear guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Dispute Resolution: Utilise your expertise in negotiation, mediation, and litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team of solicitors and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Continued Development: Stay abreast of the latest legal developments and continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in contentious probate law.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in contentious probate law.
  • Proven track record in handling a variety of contentious probate cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
