Description
You will be working as a Scheduler within an established team to provide support to existing clients that may be experiencing any issues and problems.
The role will be organising and scheduling engineers and contractors arranging appointments to resolve and troubleshoot any faults.
You will be ordering any parts required ensuring the engineer has everything they need for the appointment whilst keeping the client updated with the progress.
The role will be dealing with a high volume of calls and emails alongside other platforms such as social media and webchat when required.

Previous scheduling/customer service experience
Passionate about helping and supporting customers
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced customer focused environment
Excellent communication skills
Able to build strong working relationships
An excellent team player
