  The Role:As the HSE Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things health, safety, and environment on-site. You’ll work closely with leadership, production teams, and compliance professionals to promote a proactive, positive safety culture while keeping everything aligned with UK legislation and ISO standards.  You’ll also be leading audits, improving internal processes, and delivering training—all while championing best practices and helping shape a workplace where safety is embedded in everything they do.  What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as a HSE partner across the business—providing guidance, support, and challenging on matters
  • Manage external regulatory relationships and lead internal/external audits
  • Promote site-wide safety engagement and celebrate success stories
  • Ensure accurate COSHH documentation and environmental data submissions
  • Conduct site inspections, identify risk areas, and drive continuous improvements
  • Support accident investigations and provide recommendations for prevention
  • Review and align documentation with ISO 14001 and internal systems
  • Deliver high-impact EHS training and foster a shared sense of accountability
  What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety, or a related field
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent health & safety qualification
  • Experience in food or FMCG manufacturing is essential
  • Strong understanding of UK EHS legislation and ISO 14001
