Recovery Coordinator

Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position:          Recovery Coordinator

Location:         Harrogate with travel to Shipton

Rate:               £16.50 per hour via Umbrella

Length:            3 months minimum 

Hours:             35 per week

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a caseload by creating, reviewing, and coordinating recovery plans with service users and relevant support networks
  • Complete triage and comprehensive assessments to inform treatment and care planning
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver shared assessments, key working, and structured interventions
  • Facilitate access to treatment, community resources, and psychosocial interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
  • Lead case management, including safeguarding, risk assessments, and reporting via case management systems and team collaboration

Essential Criteria:

  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service (Adult & Child)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
